Terms
Fill out and return the Booking Form and arrange to make the 20% deposit to secure a booking. Full payment is required 30 days before commencement of stay (non-refundable within 30 days). A deposit – minus a NZ$50 Administration Fee – is refundable if cancellation is received more than 90 days prior to the booked dates. As security for the house owner, bond of $700 (refundable within 3 days of departure) OR credit card details are required before directions to the house are sent.

Guest arrival time any time after 3pm and departure before 10am unless otherwise arranged.
This is a private house in a residential neighbourhood – unsuitable for parties or too much noise.
Housekeeping upon your departure is included in the nightly rate, but damage to the property, requiring repair or excessive cleaning (including that caused by cigarettes) will be invoiced and charged to the credit card given as security. Upon receipt of deposit, The Butler will charge NZ$1.00 to the card number supplied to verify the card.
Should The Butler be unable to deliver availability of the premises for any reason not within The Butler’s control, guests have the right to terminate this Agreement. In such event, The Butler’s liability will be limited to return of all sums previously paid.
