Close up mountain views from the loft bedroom window shows the proximity to the mountains. Yet Queenstown Chalet is located on level terrain in the valley. Unusual for a Queenstown home to have neither stair access nor a treacherous icy driveway.

Outside

Settled on the flat land of Atley Downs bathing in daytime sun, streaming through the large bi-fold doors allowing indoor-outdoor flow.  Check out Coronet Peak snow conditions from the comfort of the spa-pool or BBQ deck.

Garage for one vehicle and off-street parking space for several cars and a boat on the level driveway.

Extra Special

With the diesel boiler and radiators throughout the house, you will be cosy inside while the chill of Winter surrounds you. The garage is warmed to provide a drying room for the wet ski gear while you enjoy a glass of Central Otago Pinot Noir in front of the open fire!

Less than 5 minute drive to the base of Coronet Peak Ski-field road – 20 minutes further to get to the ski-field.
