Whether your guests are friends and family or short-term tenants, we offer our property management services to them.

If you wish to buy or already own investment property in Queenstown, The Butler will be your local representative. We take the worry away from being an out-of-town investor by taking care of your property as if it were our own. Our on-line bookings service helps to keep it financially viable. We answer enquiries, match the correspondants’ requirements to our clients’ properties, take the bookings, handle the finances and send out directions, local information and terms of lease.
