House Rules

No loud parties – please be respectful of our neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum. Extra charges will apply if we get called out for noise complaints and anti-social behaviour.

No Smoking – extra charges will apply if this rule is not adhered to.

We request you take your shoes off when in the house.

The house is to be left tidy with dishes done, wet towels on bathroom tiles not bedroom floors or beds, rubbish in the big bins provided and all windows and doors locked.

If you use the BBQ you must clean it. Extra charges apply if you don’t. We do provide cleaning products.

The spa pool clips must be locked when spa is not being use (Spa not to be used between 10pm -7am).

Do not adjust the settings on for the Audio & Visual equipment. Extra charges apply if you do.

Rubbish bins to be put out for collection on Tuesday night for Wednesday collection. Refer to the in-house compendium for more details.

Stylish, incredible views, excellent host and close to town. The facilities had everything and it was all as advertised. We would certainly recommend this to anyone and will return next time we visit Queenstown.
