Lake Townhouse is in an excellent location to base yourself when coming to Queenstown. It is just 200m from the Steamer Wharf where many of the great restaurants and attractions are based.
This is a spacious 3 bedroom townhouse. It features a fully equipped modern kitchen with gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher and the all-important Coffee Machine. The dining area is open plan with the kitchen and a spacious living area. Lake Townhouse has a gas fireplace in the living area and underfloor heating will keep you warm during the cold months. The townhouse opens to a balcony with stunning panoramic view of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables mountain range. Washing machine and dryer can be found in the laundry cupboard in the garage. Also located in the Double garage is a heated ski boot drying rack – how good will that be putting warm boots on in the mornings

Bedroom 2 – can be setup as either 2 singles or 1 King
Bedroom 3 – 2 sets of bunk beds that can sleep 4 people.
The main bathroom is shared by bedrooms 2 & 3 and there is an additional toilet on the upstairs level.
Open plan living, dining and kitchen with great views to Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkable Mountains. You can stand out on the balcony and watch the Earnslaw head out for its daily trips or even better enjoy a glass of local wine and watch the sun set before heading in to town to enjoy our many restaurants. Our garage has a power point in it if you need to charge your electric vehicle/mountain bike or golf buggy.
