In the interests of looking after their property, the owners have asked us to advise potential guests that this house is in a quiet, residential neighbourhood – therefore not suitable for parties. Any partying needs to be kept to the bars in town.
There are to be no loud parties and No Smoking. On departure you are to leave the house secure with all windows closed and doors locked, lights and appliances turned off, BBQ cleaned (if used). beds unmade, wet towels in bathrooms not bedroom floors or beds. The house should be neat and tidy with dishes done and rubbish put in the large bins provided – our housekeeping staff will take care of the rest.
