The Booking Form must be submitted and 20% deposit paid to secure a booking.
Full payment is required 35 days before commencement of stay (non-refundable within 30 days).
A security bond will be charged (refundable within 7 days of departure). This bond is required to be paid with or before final payment.
Directions to the property will not be issued if full payment has not been received.
Guest arrival time is any time after 3pm and departure before 10am unless otherwise arranged.
This is a private house in a residential neighbourhood and therefore unsuitable for parties or too much noise. If complaints are received due to excessive noise or antisocial behaviour you may be asked to leave the property and forfeit all money paid.
Housekeeping upon your departure is included in the nightly rate unless a cleaning fee has been charged but damage to the property requiring repair or excessive cleaning (including that caused by cigarettes) will be invoiced and funds taken from the bond given as security. The guest will be advised before charging.
Credit card payments incur a 4% fee.
We will refund
100% of your total funds paid* less NZ$50 admin fee for all bookings cancelled over 90 days prior to your arrival date.
80% of your total funds paid* less NZ$50 admin fee for all bookings cancelled 61-90 days prior to your arrival date.
50% of your total funds paid* less NZ$50 admin fee for all bookings cancelled 30 – 60 days prior to your arrival date.
There will be no refund applicable for any bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival date.
